Carbon black for rubber industry is usually packed in kraft paper bags which are easy to break during transportation and difficult to dispose after used. To sovle these problems, we have specially developed low melt valve bags for carbon black manufacturers. These bags together with the materials contained can be direct put into a mixer because they can easily melt and fully disperse in the rubber compounds as an effective ingredient.

Using the valve bag can avoid fly loss of the material when packing and there is no need to seal it, so it can largely improve the packaging efficiency. With standard packages and no need to unpack before using the materials, low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users. Bag size, film thickness, color, embossing and printing can all be customized as required.
